If you recently renewed your contract, or will be renewing it, you should take advantage of the 100 minutes per month promotion verizon has going on.
If you renew your contract for 1 year, they will give you 100 bonus minutes per month for 1 year. If you renew for 2 years, they will give you 100 bonus minutes per month for 2 years.
This offer will most likely ONLY work for existing customers (worked for me, and worked for my friend as well - both of us recently renewed), as you need to go thru the marketing (retention department) to get it.
Just FYI, i renewed first in store, and called the marketing department 2 days later to get the promo applied. I let them know that I was told of the promotion (which I was) and that it was the reason for why I renewed - and would now like to have it applied to my account.
You can call them before you renew, or shortly thereafter (and just tell them you would like for them to apply the 100 minutes per month promotion to your account, as you recently resigned a contract).
