OfficeDepot is selling the HP Pavilion DV6830 series laptop for $699.99 after $185 back from 2 mail-in rebates. You’ll pay $884.99 + tax when you buy online (or possibly at the register if available B&M) and after sending in these (1, 2) rebate forms, a check for just under 200 bucks will show up in your mailbox. The machine sports a 15.4″ widescreen, 1.8Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 3GB RAM, 250GB hard drive @ 5400RPMs, and a LightScribe DVD±R/RW burner, among other things. This computer sells at various other retailers for right around $850, so this is a great deal for those of you that want a fairly powerful laptop, but may be on a budget.
